Egyptian report: Kerry to arrive in Cairo to help in ceasefire mediation efforts

US Secretary of State John Kerry will arrive in Cairo on Saturday to aid in the ceasefire mediation efforts, Egyptian newspaper Ahram reported.
Earlier this week, Kerry was reported to have planned a Cairo visit, but it was cancelled.
