Erdogan to Abbas: We need agreement that eliminates Israel's power against Palestinians

The Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in his meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Friday that the Egyptian initiative will not lead to a solution and that Hamas should reach an agreement where Israel power against the Palestinians is eliminated, reported "Asharq Al-Awsat".
Abbas requested Erdogan to convince Hamas to accept the Egypt offer. The Turkish prime minister replied that they are interested in a dignified ceasefire. The two agreed that "the Israeli aggression must be stopped unconditionally and return to the 2012 undrstandings".
