Qatari source: 'Qatar will not put any pressure on Hamas to change its demands'

A qatari official said Sunday regarding a ceasfire between Israel and Hamas "Qatar will not put any pressure on Hamas to bring down or reduce or change their demands. Qatar is only acting as a communication channel".

The Qatari source added that President Mahmoud Abbas was also due to hold talks with Khaled Mashal following his meeting with the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon.
