Details released on circumstances of the death of 13 dead Golani troopers
Some details of the incidents in which 13 Golani soldiers were killed overnight have been released for publication. Seven of the soldiers were killed in their Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) in an explosion from an explosive device. Three others were killed in a fire-fight with enemy militants and three were killed in a fire that broke out in a building where they were the group was lingering.
