Prof. Kasher: Risk level following Shalit deal prisoner release hasn't increased

On a special Ynet studio panel that was dealing with the missing soldier Oron Shaul and the questions of prisoner swap, Prof. Asa Kasher said that "eventually, the risk level to Israeli citizens following the security prisoner swap in the Shalit deal hasn't increased. However, the number of terrorists that were released had an unbearable meaning to the public".
