Aharonovich: 'We won't allow for riots'
Internal Defense minister Yitzhak Aharonovich arrived at the Kotel in Jerusalem and commented on the riots which took place in East Jerusalem Thursday night saying that, "We are feeling an increase to the next level, especially in Jerusalem, the entrances to the capital, and the surrounding areas."
Aharonovich added that a situational assessment of the Temple Mount is currently under way. "Whoever tries to harm or take the law into his hands will be in danger of a very strong response from the police and security forces. We won't allow for riots," said the minister.
