UN envoy Serry: If soldier has been kidnapped, we must condemn in 'most severe terms'

The UN's special envoy to the Middle East, Robert Serry, addressed the possiblity that an Israeli soldier was kidnapped on Friday saying that, "If the fear proves to be true, it will be a serious violation of the humanitarian ceasefire and we will have to condemn the act in the most severe terms."
