Hamas will continue the fight against Israel in the Gaza Strip until its "objectives are met", a spokesman for the Islamist movement in the Palestinian enclave, Fawzi Barhum told AFP.
"We will continue our resistance until our goals are achieved. Netanyahu wants to falsely claim a victory of his government and his army," ruled Fawzi Barhum speaking after the announcement by the Israeli Prime Minister that operations would continue for "as long as necessary."
