IDF troops sustained light injuries from mortar fire; Iron Dome intercepts over Ashdod, as unilateral Israeli ceasefire ends.
Gaza militants launched over 30 rockets at southern communities since 10 am – the start of Israel's unilateral ceasefire. Most of the rockets fell in open areas while the Iron Dome system intercepted one rocket. Two soldiers sustained light injuries from mortar fire on the Sdot Negev Regional Council.

Air Raid sirens blared in the Sha'ar HaNegev and Sdot Negev Regional Councils around 5 pm. Three rockets fell in open areas in Sdot Negev, while a rocket fell outside a kibbutz in the Eshkol Regional Council – with no siren to warn of its impending crash.

Air raid sirens sounded in Ashdod, Kiryat Malakhi, Gan Yavne, and the surrounding areas at 2:22 pm. Iron Dome intercepted one rocket over Ashdod; no injuries or damages were reported.

Earlier a rocket exploded in a Sha'ar HaNegev area community. A rocket also fell in an open area in the Hof Ashkelon Regional Council and another exploded outside a kibbutz in Eshkol. There were no injuries and no damages reported in any of the incidents.
