Gantz: 'Hamas was hit hard, army remains near Gaza border'

IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz held a meeting with commanders of brigades and divisions that fought in Operation Protective Edge and told them that "Hamas was hit hard and the army is staying near the Gaza border to protect the south".

 

"Hamas is to blame for the tragic devastation in the Gaza Strip as its leaders were operating out of civilian centers," added Gantz.
