Ban Ki-moon: Israel violated humanitarian law, attacked UN facilities in Gaza
At a special conference of the UN general assembly, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon accused Israel of violating international humanitarian law when it attacked UN facilities in the Gaza Strip.
Ban determined that these attacks should be investigated and those found responsible will bear the consequences of their actions.
