Khaled Mashal: Any long term ceasefire will have to include lifting the blockade

Hamas political leader Khaled Mashal said that agreeing to a ceasefire is "part of our tactic to contribute to the success of the negotiations and allowing entry of humanitarian aid".

However, Mashal added that "lifting the blockade is essential to any long-term agreement".
