Southern Command chief: 'No technological solution for tunnels'

Southern Command chief Major General Sami Turgeman said Sunday that "there isn't a technological system in the world that can provide a solution for the tunnel threat. We discovered four tunnels before the operation".

"When the time was right to destroy the tunnels we entered Gaza and eliminated all the tunnels we knew about. Every time we will locate a tunnel we will raid and demolish it," added Turgeman.
