Court: Israel can destroy homes of three teens' murderers

The High Court of Justice rejected Monday the petitions filed against the state's decision to destroy and seal the homes of the three men involved in the abduction and murder of Gil-Ad Shaer, Eyal Yifrach and Naftali Frenkel.

The judges ruled that the evidence clearly indicate sufficient certainty of guilt of those involved and the state has the authority to destroy their homes.
