Australia to participate in humanitarian operations in northern Iraq

Australia announced on Wednesday its intention to participate in the Western humanitarian operation in northern Iraq to civilian pushed out of their homes by ISIS.
"Australian aircrafts will soon participate in the humanitarian airdrop in Sinjar region. In addition, we have consulted with our allies, the US and the UK, to see what further assistance Australia can provide," said Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott.
