Arab-Israeli promoted to VP at Apple
US technology giant Apple announced the appointments of five new vice presidents, including Johny Srouji, an Arab-Israeli from Haifa who graduated from Israel's premier technology institute, the Technion.
He was promoted to oversee Apple's Hardware Technologies unit. He joined the company in 2008 to lead the development of the company's first native chip, the A4.
