Jihad Islamic official: Willing to sign agreement, but not at any price
Palestinian delegation member on behalf of Islamic Jihad Khaled al-Batch said Tuesday that the negotiation efforts nearly collapsed on Sunday, but the delegation agreed to a 24-hour-extension to save the talks.
