Palestnian delegation: Ceasefire talks 'deadlocked' regardless of rocket fire

Sources from the Palestinian envoy in Cairo said Tuesday that, "Problems in the peace talks didn't start in light of the rocket fire. The problem in the talks is intrinsic. At the moment we can't reach an agreement; the talks are deadlocked."

They pointed out that, "The Palestinian delegation demands that the agreement will explicitly state that a port will be built in Gaza and the details will be discussed in the future, but Israel stipulated that the agreement on a sea port depends on the disarmament of the organizations. The odds of reaching a permanent ceasefire in the near future are very slim."
