Hamas: Rafah border to be opened, manned by PA security forces
A senior Hamas official said Tuesday afternoon that the ceasefire agreement which they say will be announced in the evening, will include the opening of the Rafah border crossing under the operation of security forces commanded by the Palestinian Authority.
