Op Protective Edge: 4,564 rockets fired from Gaza, 5,263 targets hit by IDF
Since the beginning of Operation Protective Edge and up to the ceasefire agreement reached Tuesday evening, 4,564 rockets and mortars were fired at Israel from the Gaza Strip. Most proved to be harmless when 3,641 fell in open areas. Iron Dome went into action and intercepted 735 of the rockets.
In the meantime, the IDF attack 5,263 targets across the Gaza Strip.
