Hamas: Israel has freed 2 senior Hamas parliament members
Hamas has announced that Israel has freed Khaled Abu Arpa and Mohammed Tutah who were arrested in June as part of Operation Brother's Keeper.
The two, residents of East Jerusalem, were expelled to Ramallah after being banned from Jerusalem, prior to their arrest, by virtue of their role as Hamas parliament members.
