Poroshenko: NATO countries agree to direct arms transfers to Ukraine

Ukrainian President Poroshenko said Monday evening that Kiev has agreed with a number of NATO countries on direct arms deliveries to Ukraine, according to a report from Ria Novosti citing a Presidential statement.
