Yesh Atid: Netanyahu votes in favor of zero VAT bill
Yesh Atid party said Tuesday that Prime Minster Netanyahu voted in favor of the party's bill of 0% VAT rate for young couples buying their first apartment. The party made the statement as a response to MK Moshe Gafni (United Torah Judaism) who said earlier that Netanyahu had told him he oppose the bill.
"The Israeli government, including the prime minister, voted in favor of the bill and it passed the first reading. The discussions at the Knesset Finance Committee are progressing well and the bill will reach its final approval in the coming seat," Yesh Atid said in a statement.
