Syria: John Kerry informed us that US would hit ISIS targets
The Syrian Foreign Ministry said Tuesday that, "Secretary of State John Kerry sent an explicit message to the Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem in which he informed him of the US' intention to attack ISIS targets in Syria." According to the ministry's announcement, the message was sent through Iraq's Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari.
