Iran slams US strikes on Syria; Syria says it was informed
Iranian President Rouhani said on Tuesday that US airstrikes on militants in Syria should have been approved by the Assad government, even as the Syrian foreign ministry claimed its UN envoy was informed by Washington of the impending attacks.
