Cyclist killed on route 4, two motorcyclists killed in 'hit-and-run

Two 17-year-old motorcyclists riding on Highway 2 were killed in a hit-and-run crash on Saturday morning. Police are searching for the driver who fled the scene.

Later in the morning, two cyclists were also involved in severe traffic collisions. A 30-year-old cyclist riding on Route 4 was hit by a car in the area of Pardesiya. Magen David Adom paramedics tried to resuscitate the man but were forced to declare his death. In a separate incident, a 40-year-old man was found on the side of Highway 5. He was rushed to the hospital in serious condition. As of now, it is unclear whether the cyclist had been hit by a car or had fallen off the bike.
