Palestinian land to be expropriated for the purpose of road expansion
The Civil Administration issued a warrant to expropriate 5.4 Dunam (1.3 acres) of Palestinian land near route 437 that connects the settlement Adam to the Palestinian village Hizma. The expropriated land will be used to expand the route in order to reduce the traffic load between Jerusalem and areas in Mateh Binyamin Regional Council.
The area in which the road is going to be paved has one Palestinian structure.
