The Foreign Ministry announced it will set up three mobile emergency clinics in Africa to treat Ebola patients. The move was decided on after Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon rejected a special request by the US and UN to send IDF field hospitals to Ebola hit Liberia and Sierra Leone.
