Finance Committee to transfer NIS 310 million to Holocaust survivors
The Finance Committee approved the allocation of NIS 310 million to holocaust survivors. The sum was transferred from other government offices following the government's decision.
The Committee's Chairman MK Nissan Slomiansky (Bayit Yehudi) requested that in the future "no further allocation requests for Holocaust survivors will be brought to the committee's approval at the expense of other offices fearing that other social budgets will be hurt".
