Police arrest man suspected of assaulting partner with ax
A 30-year-old woman was seriously wounded on Monday after a man, believed to be her partner, assaulted her with an ax at the entrance of Kibbutz Beerot Yitzhak, located near Yehud. The 33-year-old man fled the scene, but Petah Tikva police officers were able to stop and arrest him. The ax was found at the scene of the incident.
