Report: UNIFIL, Lebanese army scan blast site

Lebanese army officers and UNIFIL soldiers scanned the Lebanese side of Mount Dov where Hezbollah detonated an explosive device Tuesday, reported Lebanese media outlets.
UNIFIL announced Tuesday that the explosion is a violation of UN Security Council 1701 resolution and the organization is expected to open an investigation of the incident.
