Malaysia detains 13 suspected Islamic State militants

KUALA LUMPUR - Malaysian police have detained another 13 Muslim men suspected to be linked to the militant Islamic State group on Tuesday.
Head of the national police counterterrorism unit Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said the men were detained Tuesday in central Selangor state. He says further details will be released later.
