Lebanon: Thousands escape Tripoli fighting
Thousands of people escaped the city of Tripoli in northern Labanon following the battles taking place in the area between Lebanese army and Islamist gunmen. The civilians were besieged in the city and when the negotiations with the army ended, they were allowed to leave.
On Sunday, three civilians were killed in the battles and dozens of homes were burned.
