Aharonovich: I fully support police officer's actions

"Just two days ago we were shocked to see a protester armed with a knife threatening the life of our police officers," said Internal Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovich who addressed the shooting of Kheir Hamdan in Kafr Kanna at the 3rd Annual Homeland Security Conference (HLS) in Tel Aviv on Monday.
"(The police) felt threatened and were forced to respond with live ammunition and hit him. I give full support to the police officers who defended themselves and thwarted the threat," Aharonovich said.
