IDF, Shin Bet in joint statement: 'We will advance cooperation on behalf of Israel'
The Shin Bet and the IDF issued a statement on Friday saying that Shin Bet chief Yoram Cohen and Chief of Staff Benny Gantz sorted out the differences between the two bodies in a meeting earlier Friday. "During the conversation, measures were agreed upon to further advance the cooperation between the two organizations on behalf of the security of the State of Israel," the statement said.
