Tel Aviv mayor criticizes limitation on Arab construction workers in Ashkelon
Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai criticized the decision by the mayor of Ashkelon to limit Arab workers on construction sites in kindergartens in the southern Israeli city on his Facebook page saying, "I'm embarrassed by the calls made in the last few days to fire Arabs solely because of their ethnicity. We especially, the Jews, have to be careful of this behavior. I'm proud that the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality employs hundreds of Arab construction workers and this is how it will continue into the future."
