Netanyahu and Landver to present plan to ease absorption of immigrants in labor market
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Immigrant Absorption Minister Sofa Landver will seek government approval for a relief program for the absorption of immigrants in the labor market on Sunday.
Landver praised the results of the inter-ministerial committee to remove obstacles for the employment of immigrants and said, "This is a good step."
The establishment of an online submission system for license applications, regulation of the conversion process for paramedical professions, exam preparation and courses for government service, and the development of an information center to concentrate information about obtaining a professional license were some of the measures proposed to aid recent immigrants to Israel.
