EU extends ease on Iran sanctions through end of June

The European Union announced on Tuesday it would continue easing economic sanctions against Iran until June 30th, following the extension of the permanent status negotiations between Tehran and six world powers until July.
The restrictions were initially eased within the framework of the interim agreement made in January, in which Iran agreed to suspend parts of its nuclear program.
