Italian activist wounded by IDF fire directed at stone-throwing rioters in West Bank

A 30-year-old Italian activist was moderately wounded from IDF fire during a protest Friday held by Palestinians and left-wing activists in the village of Kufr Qadom, near Nablus.

The soldiers opened fire with rubber bullets after the protestors hurled stones towards them during the demonstration.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that the man was evacuated for medical treatment to a hospital in Ramallah.
