Al-Sisi to Abbas: 'International guarantees needed to move Israel toward peace'
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi met in Cairo on Saturday with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas as the meeting of the foreign ministers of the Arab League.
Al-Sisi stressed during the meeting that "International guarantees must be provided in order to encourage Israeli to move toward peace."
