Netanyahu to present investment plan for Druze and Circassian communites to government
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced he will present the government with a plan that will include significant investments in the Druze and Circassian communities next month. The plan will include investments in education, infrastructure, employment and more in order to reduce the existing gaps and promote their communities.
Netanyahu met with the leaders of the Druze community led by their spiritual leader Sheikh Muwaffak Tarif last week and promised him that the Nationality Law would not harm their position.
"You are part of our flesh. Your heroes fall to protect the country and we will protect your rights," said Netanyahu.
