Report: IS leader in east Syria
According to media reports, a former Iraqi intelligence officer claims that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State, is located in Syria's Raqqa province - not in the city of Mosul in northern Iraq, where he gave a speech in July.
