Indictment filed against CEO for allegedly attempting to perform indecent acts with minor
Haifa's District Attorney filed an indictment with the Jerusalem Magistrates Court on Sunday against Yigal Dalal, 58, of Zichron Ya'akov, for attempting to perform an indecent act with a minor and attempting to persuade a minor to perform indecent acts.
According to the indictment, Dalal, who serves as a CEO of a company that provides biometric identification services to the state, set meetings with a girl and a female teenager, ages 11 and 13, who he met on the internet. However, the young girls were actually undercover police investigators posing as young girls online.
The indictment also reveals that the suspect also tried to persuade his wife to join him in indecent acts with a child.
