Mayor of Ramat Gan put on house arrest after suspicion grows he took bribes
The Mayor of Ramat Gan Yisrael Zinger was sentenced to seven days of house arrest on Monday on suspicion he accepted various forms of bribes. Earlier on Monday, the Ramat Gan Municipality was raided by police.
Zinger was also prohibited from entering or coming close to the Municipality building in Ramat Gan for a period of 15 days.
