Police search Kiryat Arba area after hitchhiker reports alleged kidnapping
The Judea and Samaria District Police said they received a call on Wednesday from a man saying that a driver attempted to kidnap him in Kiryat Arba, a settlement in the West Bank, and that he fled from the scene when he was unsuccessful. Police is searching the area for the suspected vehicle.
