Palestinians say Gaza reconstruction pledges unfulfilled
A Palestinian official says international donors have not yet followed through on their pledges to rebuild Gaza.
Donors at an international conference held in Cairo in October pledged $2.7 billion toward Gaza's reconstruction.
Deputy Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Mustafa says the Palestinian Authority has received "not even one penny" from Gulf states and Turkey, some of the biggest donors. Funds from other countries have also not come through, he said.
