Gantz in farewell Knesset meeting: Invest in defense to ensure strong IDF
Outgoing IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz said during a farewell meeting with the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee that "Israel has many challenges, and has one space which is essential – and that's security. We must invest in it to the necessary extent. Not without debate, but I think this needs to occur to ensure that the IDF is strong enough as an organization."
