Jordanian army says warplane most likely not downed by ISIS

The Jordanian army said that an initial investigation suggests that the warplane downed Wednesday in eastern Syria was most likely not shot down by the Islamic State terror group.

According to a statement by the army, it is still too early to know what caused the plane to go down.
