Father of girl hurt in attack: Incident part of same events taking place across Israel
Avner Shapira, the father of the 11-year-old girl who was seriously wounded in a firebomb attack in the West Bank earlier Thursday, described the incident: "We were driving home from my daughter's after-school activity – the terrorist was waiting in ambush on the road, and he threw the firebomb at us and seriously hurt my daughter."
The father, who was lightly wounded, added: "My wife's car was hit by a firebomb hurled at her a month ago. This is a spot they are fond of using for an ambush, after which they escape to the villages. It is part of the same series of events taking place across the country, in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria and inside the Green Line."
