Mashal to Turkish leaders: We will liberate Palestine and Jerusalem

Hamas' political bureau chief Khaled Mashal made a surprise appearance at Turkey's ruling party event, Turkish newspaper Hurriyet reported on Saturday. According to the report, Mashal addressed the attendees, expressing his hope that together, they will "liberate Palestine and Jerusalem".

Mashal further said: "A strong Turkey means a strong Palestine ... Inshallah, God is with us and with you on the road to victory."
